How does Morse code jewellery work?
Different beads represent Morse code dots and dashes, spelling out a hidden word, name, or message that's meaningful to the wearer.
Can I add symbols, dates or hand-writing?
Yes! Many of our designs can be personalised with dates, symbols, handwriting, signatures, drawings, and other special details to create a truly unique keepsake.

What materials do you use?
We use high quality materials including stainless steel, sterling silver, gold plated and gold filled components.
Is your jewellery hypo-allergenic?
Yes - Our jewellery is designed to be skin-friendly and suitable for sensitive skin, using hypoallergenic materials where possible.
Will the jewellery tarnish?
Our jewellery is designed to be long-lasting, though some pieces may naturally tarnish over time depending on wear and care. A care card is included with every order to help you look after your jewellery.
How do I care for my jewellery?
To care for your jewellery, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and chemicals. Remove before swimming, showering and sleeping, and store it in a dry place when not in use.
Are your bracelets adjustable?
Yes - many of our bracelets are adjustable to help achieve acomfortable fit. Some styles use a sliding knot, extender chain or elastic design depending on the piece.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are handmade and dispatched within our stated processing time. Delivery times then depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. You'll receive tracking details where available once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes — we ship to many countries worldwide. However, we are currently unable to ship to EU countries. Available shipping options and delivery costs will be shown at checkout based on your location.
Is tracking included?
Yes — tracking is always included with international orders. For UK orders, tracking is available when you select an upgraded tracked shipping service at checkout.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes — all Popsy Jewellery Design orders are beautifully packaged, making them perfect for gifting. Gift message options may also be available on selected products.
Can I send directly to the recipient?
Yes — you can ship your order directly to the recipient at checkout. We don’t include pricing in the parcel, and all items are packaged ready for gifting.
Returns & Support
Can personalised/ handmade to order jewellery be returned?
Personalised and handmade-to-order items are non-refundable as they are created specifically for you. However, if there is a fault or an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to resolve it quickly, whether that’s a replacement, repair, or another suitable solution.
What happens if my item arrives damages?
On the extremely rare occasion your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos. We’ll resolve it quickly by offering a replacement or a suitable solution.
